Who We Are
We currently have an enthusiastic group, including families with children as well as couples and singles of all backgrounds and ages, ranging from 12 months to 60 something. We share the goal of developing a supportive, respectful & diverse community.
You’ll have a balance of privacy and community. Every household has a private unit, each with its own entrance, fully equipped kitchen, and all the other amenities of a single-family dwelling. The share facilities include a multipurpose common house where you have dinner together with your neighbors several times a week. You and your neighbors participate in the design process and will take responsibility for the ongoing management of your community, making decisions by consensus.
